Scott Family help England win the 2011 Home Nations

Barry and Dianne Scott and their daughter Claire played for England over the weekend of 13/14th August at Nottingham in the 2011 Home Nations Championship against Wales and Scotland.

England won with 66 wins. Second were Wales with 40, closely followed by Scotland with 38.

Playing as England 3, the Scott family won 7 games out of 12. The terrain was particularly challenging and demanded maximun concentration for every boule, both pointing and shooting. The first game on Sunday against the Welsh world championship team took 2hrs 20 minutes!



Barry made excellent preparations for the Home Nations. He joined Sofiane Lachani to play in the inaugural Cash Triples at The Plough Inn, Ratby on 31st July where they emerged victorious. Well done Guys!




Barry was then joined by daughter Claire and Jean-Denis Scatena for the Whitnash Open Triples on 7th August where once again Barry's team emerged victorious.
